Send Your Lover a Valentines Card on MySpace
Written by Alyssia Walmsley

With Valentine’s just around the corner, now is the time to start thinking about sending that special someone Valentine’s Card. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to create Valentine’s card and send it to your lover on MySpace. This card only takes a minute or two to make and it only takes a couple of minutes to send. You can send that special someone a card within five minutes.

MySpace Valentines Feature

You can begin by loading this page. This page offers a generator to help you with the making of your Valentine’s Day card. On this page, you will see the different backgrounds you have to choose from and the text fields that you can fill in. Let’s take a look at the page you are on now.

To begin creating the card, you will need to select the background that you want to use. You will see little thumbnails of the backgrounds that are available. You can click different ones to see what they will look like. When you have your background selected, you can move on.

Next, you will want to fill in the text fields. You do not have to use all of the text fields, but the ones that you do want to show should have a check in the visible box. You can delete the text that is in the fields and type what you want. Then you can click the Options button beside each field and change the text options to what you want. You can click the Close button on the box to close it once you are finished.

The Hard Part, Coding!

When you have your card the way that you want it, you can click the Get HTML Code button at the bottom of your fields. That will refresh the code in the code box at the bottom. You will now need to click the code to select it. Right click on it and click Copy.

Next, you will need to visit the person’s profile that you want to send the card too. Then click the Add Comment link in the comment section. When the comment box loads, you will need to paste the code into the comment. Click the Send button and you will be able to see a preview of what it will look like. If the preview is correct, click the Send button again. The Valentine’s Day card will then be sent to that special someone.
