Open the program and let the program load. The first step is opening an image to work with. Go to the top of the Sunlit Green window and select File gt; Open. When the box opens, locate the photo that you want to edit. Click the file and click the Open button on the box. Your photo will open in the main window.

To crop a photo, select the marquee tool at the top of your window. The marquee tool is the dotted line square. Your mouse will turn into a cross hair. Click your mouse and drag it over the part of the photo that you want to keep. Then go to the top of your window and click Image gt; Crop. That will crop your image.

If you mess up and crop to much or cropped the wrong place, click Edit gt; Undo. You can also press CTRL Z on your keyboard to undo something. You’ll notice a little blue arrow at the top of your window. Clicking this button will also undo something.

You can also adjust the contrast, brightness, hue, and saturation by clicking Adjust and the option that you want. To invert a photo click Adjust gt; Invert.

You can print a photo by clicking File gt; Print at the top of your window. To save a photo that you are working on, click File gt; Save As.
